Black Author ShowcaseIn partnership with Purpose & Pages Foundation Inc, Better Knowledge LLC, and The 3-B Experience, we are hosting a Black Author Showcase on Saturday, February 7th, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM in Downtown Augusta.
This event will take place at two Black-owned establishments located on 8th Street:
• Humanitree House
• Studio on 8TH
There will be 20 authors showcased at Humanitree House and 20 authors showcased at Studio on 8TH. In addition, an Author Panel Discussion will be held at Humanitree House, where 15 authors will discuss their writing process, publishing journey, and book marketing strategies.
This event is free and open to the public, allowing the CSRA community to experience and support the incredible artistry created by Black authors.
Please Note: Books showcased by the authors will be available for purchase.
