About this Event

Hi, I am so glad you're here and I'm SO excited for this adventure you are about to embark on.

My name is Birdie, I'm a Board Certified Birth Doula, and a mother of one (plus many fur children and houseplants.) No matter if your current birth plan includes a home or hospital birth, the techniques we learn in this workshop can be implemented! We will discuss pain management alternatives, how to have the most comfortable birthing experience, and postpartum care. Please encourage birthing partners to be in attendance.
