About this Event

Hosted by Dr. Susana Robles, PT, DPT, find your safe, strong, and comfortable posture for one of the biggest moments of your life.

In this class, we will discuss delivery-specific movements, stretches, and prep exercises so that your labor can go as smoothly as possible.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or support, water, and dress comfortably.

The class will be recorded and emailed to you after.
