Birth Club is a free, monthly antenatal gathering facilitated by an NHS midwife. Each session features a real birth story shared by someone who has recently given birth, offering insight, wisdom, and reflection from their own birth journey.Together, we learn in an open, supportive, and positive space. Sessions focus mainly on vaginal birth in a midwife-led setting (such as birthing at home or in a midwife-led unit) but all families are welcome, regardless of birth plan or circumstances.
Birth club is open to birthing people, non-birthing people, partners, friends, family and all birth workers.
