Are you 24 weeks pregnant or more? Join us for our friendly and informative Ante Natal Classes, designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported as you get ready to welcome your little one.

Delivered by experienced Midwives, Health Visitors, and Assistant Practitioners, each session covers the topics that matter most to new parents:
✨ Understanding the stages of labour and what to expect
✨ Guidance on infant feeding to help you make the right choice for your family
✨ Essential advice on safe sleep for your baby
✨ Practical demonstrations to build your confidence for those first few weeks at home

These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with other parents-to-be who are on the same journey as you.
