All birders with any level of experience are welcome to take part in this program. We will take a walk out on our boardwalk which is part of the Alabama Birding Trails System and hopefully see many different species. We will discuss a few different tools to use in bird identification as well. You are encouraged to bring a pair of binoculars if you have them!
Meet at the parking lot by the Gateway to the Delta Boardwalk
Registration is preferred but not required. https://reserve.alapark.com/register/birds-on-the-boardwalk
Free for overnight guests, veterans, and children 12 and under
$3 park entry fee for those over 12.
If you purchase tickets online, have receipt or proof of payment accessible to show park staff.
