About the Location:
Crystal River Preserve State Park's Eco-Walk Trail is a little over 2 miles long and takes birdwatchers through the edges of Florida’s marsh environment. Along the trail, visitors can experience a mix of hardwoods and swamp areas that attract various bird species. The terrain is uneven, which may not be suitable for everyone. Some sections of the trail are exposed to full sun while others are shaded, so it is recommended to bring sunscreen and a hat. Please note that there are no restrooms available at this location. Make sure to bring water, snacks, bug spray, and any other essentials you may need.
