Join Jem from RebalanceU for a one hour Sound Bath in the wonderful Bircham Eco Lodge on the grounds of Poole Farm. This is the first time at this new venue for Jem so super excited to be using this space.

SAT NAV: Type in 23 Rydal Close, when it says you have reached your destination turn immediately right and you’ll be in the car park. Walk to the far end of the car park and you’ll see our green fences, walk around the pavement to the pedestrian entrance.
Keep an eye on the socials for access and how to get to the lodge. Cant wait to see you in this space. Make sure to bring all that you need to be comfortable laying inside the lodge.
