Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa | Plymouth, EN
This is an International Women's Day Event. This year's theme is Give to Gain.
It is open to all women and their allies, who seek to bring about gender equality in the world.
Our aim is to develop our knowledge of the many ways that inequity between the genders is unwittingly perpetuated.
To help us explore this topic we will be hearing from a number of speakers who will provide information and knowledge that you can take back to your families, communities and workplaces, to continue the conversation.
We give you the space and access to experts in their fields so you can gain an understanding of the subject to help you in your conversations and activities in creating a more equitable world - for all.
Mind Mastery's own behaviour expert, Ian Washington-Smith, will be talking about the beliefs we may be carrying that are misaligned with gender equality and what to do about it.
Guest speakers include:
- Liz Fleming a qualified dietitian with over 20 years experience talking about back to basics nutrition + simple steps + enjoyment = eating well with ease for good
- Gemma Watson meditation and breathwork practitioner for 21 years sharing how to find stillness and grounded confidence for more conscious decision making.
- Arezoo Farahzad will be our plenary speaker, bringing the day's experiences together for you to take away into your life, family, communities and workplace. Arezoo is television Director / Producer, Chair of Trustees for Plymouth Centre for Faiths and Cultural Diversity, Deputy Lieutenant for Devon and Founder of International Dinners.
The event will be held in the beautiful and historic, enchanted house on the hill, that is Boringdon Hall Hotel, Plympton, Plymouth.
All participants will receive a warm welcome, tea and coffee on arrival, a buffet lunch, and a goodie bag.
Whilst Boringdon Hall is accessible, the Elizabeth Room, is not.
There is ample free parking at the hotel, with wonderful views across the city and Plymouth Sound.
