Exhibit halls are free to visit with prior registration, hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, must be 18+.

10 x 20 or 10 x 10 or just tables, all tables are 6 feet long, skirted with 2 chairs each, Electricity, Carpet, and Internet is free for Vendors.

Exhibitors get 3 free badges per 10 x 10 Booth for the full event.

There are no pipes and drapes at this expo (bring standing rollup banners please). There is 3 Feet space between tables.

Exhibit Setup Starts on Friday March 20th, 2026, from 8 AM to 10 AM and EXPO opens from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
