BioFitt Next Level Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training - 10 sessions
About this Event
Designed for athletes aged 8–18 who want to take their game to the next level. This 10-week structured training program focuses on developing explosive speed, outstanding agility, reactive quickness, and athletic movement skills.
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of sprint mechanics, plyometrics, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and lateral movement through engaging, age-appropriate activities and drills.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, movement skill instruction, speed, agility and quickness training, and a cool-down to support athletic development and long-term performance.
Whether your goal is to improve performance in basketball, soccer, football, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, or general athletics, this program provides a fun, supportive environment to build confidence and unlock athletic potential.
