Join us for joyful movement, music and connection that will nurture your wellbeing, release any tensions and stimulate joy. We are a group that currently meets monthly at Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd. All welcome. This is a beginner's group.The theme of this session is ‘Welcoming in the Spring!' Come and join us in a fun and nurturing environment where we will celebrate the beauty and plentitude Spring energy can bring. We will move together for enjoyment, wellbeing and for greater presence. We will also move to awaken more joy, emotional balance and a sense of belonging.
The session will be 1.5hrs followed by refreshments.
Cost £10/£7 concessions & early bird rate (if ordered by by 23:00 on Friday 17th April).
