Welcome to BINGOcize at the Library! BINGOcize is a 10-week program that combines the game of BINGO with exercise! Come play BINGO and meet new people while being active and learning techniques to reduce falls. Participants must be age 60 or older. No new participants after the second session. This workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants, so bring your friends! Mark your calendars and get ready to BINGOcize!
