Dining with Diabetes (4-class series + 3-month follow-up)

Designed especially for people with Type-2 diabetes (but open to those with pre-diabetes and/or caregivers of those with diabetes), this four-class series involves food demonstrations and samples of delicious, diabetic-friendly recipes; the keys to managing Type-2 diabetes, and motivation and support through connecting with others.

Class series:

1. Monday, January 13: Living Well with Diabetes
2. No class on January 20 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
3. Monday, January 27: Carbohydrates
4. Monday, February 3: Fats & Sodium
5. Monday, February 10: Putting It All Together

3-month follow-up class: To be announced
