DATE MOVED due to weather from January 24th to January 31st. Clara's Crust (you may recognize her amazing loaves from the Farmer's Market over at The Station of Hartwell), is just the gal to get you started on your “Sourdough Journey!”
Participants will learn how to:
-Prepare sourdough starter for baking
-Measure by weight
-Make a versatile dough
-Properly shape & score dough
