Join us Saturday, March 14th (11am) for our Bread, Bingo & Brunch event.Clara's Crust (you may recognize her amazing loaves from the Farmer's Market over at The Station of Hartwell), is just the gal to get you started on your “Sourdough Journey!”
Participants will learn how to:
-Prepare sourdough starter for baking
-Measure by weight
-Make a versatile dough
-Properly shape & score dough
