'Tis The Season!
Biker Christmas party and New Years rolled into one!
Wednesday, December 31st, New Years Eve
Part 0: Ice Skating
Optional Ice Skating 9am to 2pm at Sprinker Rink, but I will probably make an event for another day for this anyhow, leaning towards day after Christmas. Let me know if interested.
Part 1: Cruise: Meet 5pm, kick stands up at 5:15pm, at Tacoma Cycle Gear. We may roll as far as Seattle's "Candy Cane Lane" depending on weather, or it may be just a small cruise.
Part 1.5: Cruise through The Tacoma Light Rail
If we do not go as far as Seattle, we could stop by The Tacoma Light Rail Kick Off Celebration at Tollefson Plaza.
Part 2: The Party! 8pm
Food, board games, maybe a movie playing, then we ring in the new year with lots of revving our motorcycles, and then please let the neighborhood rest (no revving after 12:05 am).
Please do not arrive earlier than the group coming off the cruise (I'm aiming for around 8pm).
Do NOT bring alcohol.
Please DO bring other foods or beverages to share. Party foods are welcome, creativity is encouraged.
Please DO bring a gift of around $20-30 value if you wish to participate in the white elephant gift exchange.
Please DO bring board games.
This will be at my house, address is available upon request in PM, but if you come to Da Taki Hut on 6th Ave, you will probably be able to find the party with no issue.
Da Tiki Hut (which is probably the best place to park) is at 4427 6th Ave suite 101, Tacoma, WA 98406 but please be respectful of their business (they usually close at 9pm, not sure if it will be different on this day).
If you are able to bring some folding chairs prior to the event, please let me know.
