About this Event

Join us for a celebration of Bike Month 2026!

Guided bike rides and safety briefings, free e-bike/e-scooter test drives, bike-themed crafts, free smoothies made by pedaling on a unique "smoothie bike", active transportation education, raffle prizes, and more!

Event Schedule:

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Explore booths from local organizations, participate in a guided bike ride, blend your own smoothie on a smoothie bike, test out an e-bike or e-scooter (or both!) partake in bike-themed crafts and active transportation education, and enter a raffle to win exciting prizes!

11:15 AM - Guided bike ride safety briefing and group departure for first 5 km and 10 km rides

12:45 PM - Guided bike ride safety briefing and group departure for second 5 km and 10 km rides

Note - guided bike rides each have a maximum of 30 riders.

Bring your own bicycle if you wish to partake in the guided bike ride. NOTE: cyclists must wear a helmet.

Two guided bike rides will be available for participants to join: a 5 km and a 10 km route which will both begin and end at Garnet A. Williams Community Centre.

This drop-in event is FREE! Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. If you are planning to participate in a guided bike ride, registering in advance will ensure your space is reserved.

Drop-ins for guided bike rides will be accommodated based on availability.

In the event of extreme and/or unsafe weather conditions, TRCA staff will email you by 8:00 am the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.
