Big Yomp!... Mystical Eyam Moor with Peakrill Walks

Demon dogs, misty stone circles, doomed lovers… Eyam Moor is full of myth and mystery. Join us for a walk across the moor, exploring the folklore and ancient sites that have inspired storytellers for generations.

Route: Eyam, up over Eyam Moor into Bretton Clough, along Highly Brook and back over the moor past Wet Withens.

Distance: 7 miles

Accessibility: A few steep hills, some uneven paths and some stiles you have to step over. Suitable for 14 years and over.

Additional: the walk will go ahead unless we face extreme weather warnings, so please dress and pack accordingly ie. appropriate footwear, wet weather gear, water, snacks
