Declaration Fitness invites you to have some fun competing against other BIG and LITTLE teams! Young athlete will partner with an adult of their choice. Movements during the workout will be focused mostly around body weight such as burpees, squats, and step-ups. This competition is for anyone and can be scaled for any ability.
