Big Butterfly Count at Burgess Park
About this Event
The Big Butterfly Count is a citizen science project by Butterfly Conservation to encourage people across the country to monitor butterfly populations in their gardens and local green spaces.
Come and kick off the first day of the nationwide event with us at Burgess Park! With new meadows and woodland glades, the park has become a popular spot for butterflies over recent years. Join London Wildlife Trust, Friends of Burgess Park, Butterfly Conservation and Camberwell Arts for an afternoon of free Butterfly ID walks and arts & crafts.
Free tickets available for individual sessions, booking required.
