From September 29 to October 4, we're sharing our latest creation, the Balsamic Burger!
It starts with a 1/3 pound all-beef patty from Jenifer Street Market topped with tomatoes, basil, carmelized onions, Mozzarella cheese and Balsamic vinegar on a pretzel bun.
It’s a just the right of savory with a punch of umami that will tickle your taste buds.
So join us for six straight days of exceptional burger creativity at Bierock.
After all, we’re the institution that made an improbable run to the Final Four of the Lake Louie Burger Bracket just last year.
We’re the place that brought you the Nebraska Burger in 2022, the Sticky Icky Burger in 2023, Meat Sweats Burger in 2024, the Paniolo Burger in 2025 and the Krautcracker Burger earlier in 2026.
Now it’s time to put the Balsamic Burger in the pantheon of top-notch burgers from Bierock.
Please note that the featured burger is offered in lieu of our special Bierock of the Week from Sept. 29 to Oct. 4. We're planning on significant interest in our burgers this week.
