Not only are these courses led by a Birth Specialist, but you also meet other parents-to-be, and leave brimming with confidence AND a Midwife Approved Birth Plan!
Dates- Mondays 6.30pm-9pm
4th, 11th, 18th and 25th November 2024
(Need a later date- Join our waiting list! I shall start another class!)
Length of program: 4 weeks (2.5 hours per week)

Classes are hosted at Unit 6, Make Waves Swim School, Pine Close, Caddsdown Industrial park, Bideford EX39 3SG. Map
There is loads of free parking close to the Unit.
