Explore natural options for our skin skin care in this unique and immersive workshop with local permaculture experts from Trigon Farm. Learn about the incredible properties of various herbs that are beneficial for skin health, and the basics of making natural skincare products.
During the session you will have the opportunity to create your own herbal salves, perfect for soothing dry skin, minor cuts, or even muscle aches. We will whip up a batch of luxurious bath salts infused with calming herbs and essential oils, perfect for a relaxing soak. Then create nourishing lip balms to keep your lips soft and protected throughout the year; and craft your own fizzing bath bombs infused with locally grown herbs and essential oils, perfect for a relaxing soak.
By the end of the morning, you will take home two bath bombs, two bath salt sachets, one salve and one lip balm.
Mariana and Al Nastase run a successful permaculture farm where there mission is to learn, practice and teach. Trigon Farm is built on ecosystems that benefit nature and humans (permaculture). They practice no-dig and regenerative agriculture to build a sustainable ecosystem, and are keen to teach others how to do the same. They grow flowers and vegetables for sale, and run a range of courses and opportunities at their farm. Trigon Farm also supplier the majority of flowers for Jonathan Moseley's floral demonstrations at the RHS Rosemoor Flower Show 2023.
