Abstract
Dr Joseph will address the constitutional provisions for biculturalism in New Zealand public policy and how biculturalism developed in the constitutional history of the nation.
He will also deliberate on how biculturalism in public policy today and into the future is significant for addressing contemporary challenges to the policy through such discourses of multiculturalism and impartiality.
Dr Joseph will deliver his presentation from an objective Māori New Zealander law and academic perspective
