BHS Tumble Clinic 3rd & 4th Grade

Welcome to the BHS Tumble Clinic 3rd-4th Grade!

Come join us for a fun and exciting day of learning handspring tumbling skills! Whether you're working towards throwing independently or cleaning up technique, this clinic is perfect for anyone looking to master their backhandspring. The event will be held at Rise Fitness & Health, so make sure to mark your calendars and bring your energy!

Our experienced instructors will guide you through various drills and exercises to help you perfect your shapes, confidence to throw unassisted, and improve overall strength. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your tumbling abilities and have a blast with fellow tumblers.

This two hour clinic includes 90 minutes of tumble and 30 minutes of strength training.
