Join us for an enlightening discussion group of exploring the profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita!

Immerse yourself in the wisdom of this ancient Indian scripture as we delve into its timeless messages and insights. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the Gita, this discussion group offers a welcoming space for open dialogue and shared understanding.

Together, we will explore the spiritual and philosophical teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, discussing its relevance to our daily lives and its profound insights on the four paths of yoga, self-realization and the path to spiritual enlightenment.

How to prepare:

Bring any copy of the Bhagavad Gita that you might have. We will be using Eknath Easwaran translation of the Bhagavad Gita (pictured below) but it is not necessary that you have that exact version as there are many translations of the Gita.

Each time we meet, we will move further into the Gita. The schedule will "roughly" be as follows and subject to change slightly:

• February 3rd - Introduction and Chapter 1 and 2

• February 10th - Chapters 3 through 7

• February 17th - Chapters 8 through 13

• February 24th - Chapters 14 through 18; wrap-up
