Stella Han, MSW, is a Los Angeles–based yoga teacher and sound practitioner offering deeply restorative experiences through sound. After a 15-year career in social work, her path evolved into embodied, socially conscious wellness. Teaching since 2012, her approach is grounded in refined alignment-based practices influenced by her primary teacher Noah Mazé, alongside Ashtanga and Jivamukti traditions.
Stella’s signature sound baths feature crystal bowls and large resonant gongs, thoughtfully curated to support deep relaxation, nervous system balance, and quiet presence.
She is a veteran teacher at Kinship Yoga in Highland Park and is honored to offer this complimentary sound bath with the community at Beyond Yoga as a refined moment of rest and care.
