Join me for a gentle exercise session with Tibetan singing bowls & healing drum, to clear your mind, renew your nervous system, and embrace a fresh start for the New Year.
We'll be exploring Kundalini Yoga -which anybody can do it. This is a gentle practice with breathwork that will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.
