This module is led by Suzanne Nagel, founder of The Om Lounge and creator of the Om Lounge Sequencing Method©. With 28 years of practice, 12 years of teaching, and 7 years as a multi-studio owner, Suzanne brings a unique, grounded perspective to the business of yoga. She built her studios and signature teacher trainings from the ground up — starting with no funding, and a lot of grit after a divorce — and grew them into a thriving, authentic community. She knows firsthand what it takes to go beyond the mat and build something that lasts.
