Yet the findings of the 2026 Parental Fog Index suggest many organisations are still struggling to communicate the support they offer working parents and carers. More than half of leading employers provide insufficient information for candidates and employees to understand how they would be supported through one of life's most significant transitions.

So how can organisations move beyond policy to build cultures where support for parents and carers is visible, trusted and embedded throughout the employee experience?

To explore this, join Zoe Sinclair, Owner of Employees Matter and Emma Spitz, Co-CEO at ECC, for a panel discussion on what best-in-class support for working parents and carers looks like.
