🌿 A Parent’s Guide to Connection & Early Awareness 🌿Inspired by Matthew Appleton's Integrative Baby Therapy, this course offers new parents a nurturing space to deepen their bond with baby and become more attuned to their perinatal journey.
Through gentle practices, insightful discussions & shared experiences, parents will learn to understand their baby's non-verbal cues, support their emotional wellbeing, and navigate the profound impact of early life.
