The festive season brings up a lot of things for many reasons, for many people. For those in Guernsey, this year I'd like to offer you a space where you can take time out just for you. This 3 hour mini treat will include:
● Gentle Breathwork and tapping
● Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
● Circle time, including journaling promts, sharing and tea
The aim is to relax the nervous system and to regulate our energy, and, most importantly, gift yourself some time for you 🫶🏽
