What we actually do — 11:00 to 4:00
Name the real barrier. Structured work, not a group share. You will write down what you have been telling people, then what is actually true, and the gap between those two is where we start. Most people have never separated them on paper.
Test it against the numbers. Barriers feel enormous and are often specific and small. We size yours — in dollars, in hours, in decisions outstanding. A barrier with a number attached becomes a problem you can solve.
Build the infrastructure. This is the part that makes it stick. Not motivation — structure. The systems, boundaries, and standing decisions that mean the barrier cannot quietly reassemble itself the week after you leave. Human infrastructure first, tools second.
Purposeful AI. We identify where AI genuinely removes friction in your specific business, and we set it up in the room. Not a tools tour, and not adoption for its own sake. AI here multiplies your judgment — it does not replace the human in any process, and we are explicit about where that line sits.
Say it out loud. You close by stating what you are doing differently on Monday, to a room of people who will remember. Commitment in front of witnesses outperforms commitment in a notebook, every time.

Who this room is for
Anyone building something who is moving but not progressing. Founders one to five years in, yes — and also consultants, freelancers, service providers, people running something alongside a job, and professionals inside organisations who own real outcomes. Come prepared
Bring your real numbers and a willingness to be specific. This is a working session, so you will be asked direct questions — and the more honest the answers, the more you leave holding. Expect to be challenged, expect to be encouraged, and expect to walk out with momentum you can still feel on Monday.
Format and size
Twenty-four seats — the largest room where everyone still gets looked at directly. You will work alone, in pairs, and with the full room. You will not sit and be talked at for five hours.
A note on how we hold the room
This is a compassionate, non-judgmental space by design. Naming a real barrier out loud takes something, and nobody here is going to make you regret it. Direct, yes. Never unkind.
The promise we keep in every session
Nothing is withheld to sell you the next thing. This day stands complete. If you never come to another Mommentis session you will still leave with your barrier named and the structure to get past it. The rest of the series adds layers — it does not fill in gaps we left on purpose.

- Lunch is not included. We break at 1:00 and there is good food two minutes from the door. Keeping lunch out is how this day stays at $149 instead of $200+.
- Bring your own laptop. You will build things, and we do not supply devices.
