Are you curious about non-monogamy, or already exploring it and looking for more security, confidence, and connection? Whether you're solo, partnered, poly, open, or just wondering what’s out there beyond monogamy, this workshop is for you. Together, participants gain a greater understanding around sex, jealousy, boundaries, and agreements across diverse CNM practices - from swinging to polyamory and beyond.

In this engaging, supportive, and interactive session, we’ll explore the cultural myths and assumptions that shape how we think about love, commitment, and “success” in relationships, and why many of those scripts don’t actually work for most people.

Together, we’ll unpack:

🌿 What “mononormativity” is and how it quietly shapes our beliefs

🌿 The relationship escalator and what we can explore instead

🌿 Common types of non-monogamous relationships and how they actually work

🌿 How CNM and casual dating are often confused and how that can hurt us

🌿 What jealousy is (spoiler: it’s not a moral failure!) and how to recognize and navigate it

🌿 How to find your “why” and use that as a foundation for identity and relationship agreements

🌿 How to cultivate empathy, community, and self-trust along the way

Drawing on contemporary relationship science and the accumulated wisdom of the polyamorous community, through education and group discussion we will gain insight and learn practical tools for creating and maintaining open relationships that are connected, secure, sexy and joyful.

This workshop is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free, regardless of how much experience you have with non-monogamy. It’s perfect for anyone new to CNM, wanting to deepen their understanding, or create more harmony and cohesion in existing relationships.
