Beyond Leadership March 2026

Beyond Leadership is a summit focused on servant leadership featuring LHA’s original curriculum the 10 Essentials of Servant Leadership in a fast-paced, interactive, multi-media format that will engage each person in activities and dialogue. Individual and self-reflective activities combined with group and team activities create a rich and robust experience and lots of new connections too. Facilitated by LHA’s President & CEO, Una Martone, Beyond Leadership incorporates a history of servant leadership and explores best practices from local and international organizations. A resource workbook is referenced throughout the summit along with multiple book recommendations and a road map for the continued servant leadership journey after the program. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion.

A lite breakfast as well as healthy lunch will be served along with beverages and snacks throughout the day. All who register will receive an email confirmation one week ahead of the event from [email protected]. Group rates are available upon request.
