Are You Feeling burnout, fatigued, exhausted, overwhelmed, or running on empty? If this is you then this workshop is for you!!
"BEYOND BURNOUT: Restoring Balance & Resilience," an evening of connection, reflection, and renewal designed for helping professionals, caregivers, and community members who spend so much of their lives caring for others.
Together, we are creating space to pause, reconnect, and explore practical ways to restore our own well-being. Sometimes we are so caught up in our jobs and helping others that we don’t practice Self-Care and Support our own Mental Wellness!
 What to expect:
• Insightful panel discussions and open conversations about burnout, compassion fatigue, and resilience
• Strategies, tips, and group exercises designed to help you recharge emotionally, mentally, and physically
• Opportunities for connection and reflection
• A supportive, judgment-free environment and a host of community resources geared towards healing the mind, body, and soul.
We've assembled an incredible panel of local and regional mental health professionals with combined decades of experience in mental health, substance abuse recovery, advocacy, self-care, mentorship, life coaching, leadership and community-based programming and support:
Jenny Yates, LCSW – CEO, Four Rivers Inc.
LaToya Preston – CEO, Empowering Voices Inc.
Angela Williams – CEO, Focus Point Mental Health
