Bex Rimmington's fundraiser for Makants and Sjögren's

26th July 2026 for one week - Makants volunteer Bex Rimmington is undertaking an amazing Geneva to Nice cycle (770km) to raise funds for the rescue and her other chosen charity, Sjögren's UK.
The course takes in some of the Alps' most iconic climbs, including the Col de la Colombière, Col du Télégraphe, Col du Galibier and the legendary Alpe d'Huez.
As well as volunteering at the rescue and regularly walking Express, Bex has been training for some time and tells us: 'Flying out to Geneva, taking on the mountains and completing this challenge in support of Makants and Sjögren's UK will be an unforgettable experience'.
