Better Together Duo Class: Bring a Friend or Make a Friend
About this Event
Some things are just better when we do them together.
This two-hour experience is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and connect — with yourself and with another. Whether you are bringing your best friend, your partner, your sister, or walking in ready to meet someone new, this evening was designed with you in mind.
Together we will move through partner poses that build trust and playfulness, explore pranayama practices to regulate and open the nervous system, journal to anchor our inner experience, and hold space for an honest conversation around boundaries — because connection without self-awareness only goes so far.
This is not a class that requires flexibility, experience, or a perfect partner. It requires only a willingness to show up.

No yoga experience necessary. All bodies welcome.
