This award aims to celebrate organizers who have demonstrated outstanding commitment, professionalism, innovation, and impact in the running community.
đ Eligibility Period
Running events organized between:
01 May 2025 â 30 April 2026
Only events held within this timeframe will be considered for evaluation.
đĨ Award Categories
* Gold Award Trophy
* Silver Award Trophy
* Bronze Award Trophy
đ Application Process
* Organizers must apply to be considered for the award
* Self-nomination is allowed
* Submission of required event details and supporting documents is mandatory
âī¸ Evaluation & Judging
* A structured scoring and voting system will be applied
* Multiple evaluation criteria will be used, including (but not limited to):
* Event organization quality
* Safety & runner experience
* Timing & logistics efficiency
* Innovation & community impact
* Judging will be conducted by a panel of iconic and experienced runners from the running community
Final decisions will be based on combined scores from all criteria.
