Join master basket maker Shannon Lucas Westrum for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful and functional basket from start to finish! Learn to weave a round base, add upright spokes, lash with cord, and cut and rivet a leather handle.Your finished basket (approx. 7" base, 6 1/4" top, 5" high) is perfect for berry picking, mushroom foraging, or everyday use.
⏰ 10 AM – 4 PM (30-minute break, lunch not provided)
💰 $30 per maker (60%+ reduced thanks to MN State Arts Board grant)
✨ Ages 14+, hand dexterity required.
