Community Yoga with Pearl

Join Pearl for Spring yoga classes at Mewinzha Ondaadiziike Wiigaming.

Classes are open to the community and will be every Saturday 9:30am-10:30am, except for holidays.

April classes will move from the stillness of yin yoga to the mindful practice of Slow Flow Vinyasa. You can expect this practice to be slow paced with gentle movements that will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Pearl's classes include light and smooth instrumentals, music with lyrics, moments of quiet, and options for more support.

This class is open to all abilities and is great for building your body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Bring: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, blocks, water bottle, journal, and wear comfortable, warmer clothing i.e. sweatpants, sweatshirt. Layers are recommended.
