Berry Chantilly Cake Class
Get ready to create one of the most beautiful (and delicious) cakes we offer!
In this class, each student will create their very own 6-inch Berry Chantilly Cake from start to finish. This cake serves approximately 8–12 people, depending on portion size—and yes, it’s just as good as it looks.
And because we don’t waste cake around here… you’ll also leave with a bonus “car snack” cake cup made from extra cake layers, Chantilly cream, and berries. (We highly recommend hiding this one for yourself 😏)
What You’ll Learn
This is a full, hands-on class where we walk through every step together. You’ll learn:
• How to prep cake boards properly
• How to torte cake layers evenly
• How to make a simple (but essential) simple syrup
• How to create our signature Chantilly cream
(and yes… it’s stable, next-level, and not like anything you’ll find online)
• How to properly select and prep berries for both filling and decoration
• How to fill and stack your cake like a pro
• How to ice and smooth the outside of your cake
• How to use cake tools to create scalloped/textured sides
• How to work with piping bags and tips for finishing details
• How to box and transport your cake safely
• Plus—you’ll receive the recipes for everything
All supplies are included.
Please note: This class is not eligible for discounts of any kind.
