From Busy to Strategic: How to Turn Your Comms Expertise Into Business Value
Our main speaker, , will explore how senior communications leaders can step out of reactive mode and focus more of their time and expertise on the work that matters most.
Drawing on 14 years of communications leadership across four countries, Ruxandra will share how to connect communications more closely to business priorities, bring stakeholder and reputation considerations into important decisions, and make the value of the function clearer to senior leaders.
She will also introduce her LEADER Framework™, a practical approach to setting priorities, building credibility, and helping communications make a stronger contribution to the business.
