Bento Cake Decorating- "Create & Crumble"

The perfect rainy weather activity is coming to Burnaby! We're excited to have you join in a bento cake decorating workshop featuring Nastar cakes by 604 Bakes.

What is a Nastar cake?

The name "nastar" combines the Dutch "taart" (tart) and the Indonesian "nanas" (pineapple). It reflects the influence of Dutch pastry techniques on Indonesian cuisine. 604 Bakes is a duo of independent Indonesian bakers who will be creating the nastar cakes we will be decorating.

All materials are included in your tickets. This includes:

• Your own bento(4 inch diameter) cake- nastar flavored.
• Icing for decorating
• All decorating materials such as spatulas, piping bags, piping tips, food coloring, packaging, etc.
