OverviewOn our Moroccan Made Easy class you will spend 3 hours of fast-paced cookery to create a fantastic and delicious Moroccan meal that you will have prepared yourself.
One of the most established cuisine's in the world, Moroccan cooking blends subtle spices and intriguing flavour combinations. Moroccan cuisine is influenced by it's interactions with Spain, Arabia, the Mediterranean and North Africa resulting in a rich pool of dishes and cooking styles that make it unique. From the staple Cous Cous, through to traditional Tagine cooked dishes, Moroccan food is colourful, flavourful and exciting.
With step by step instruction from our expert chef tutor you will be creating classic Morrocan dishes and learn how to use spices and ingredients to recreate an authentic Moroccan taste at home. .
Togther as a group we will tackle and gobble up:
- Lamb Kefta (traditional Lamb Kebab)
- Batbout (Moroccan Flat Bread)
- Tabbouleh (Spiced Bulgar Wheat with Roast Peppers and Ras el Hanout)
- Chicken Tagine (Chermoula spiced Chicken with preserved Lemons

To register for this class please click on buy tickets you can pay with PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-7737829 Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hasting at 6pm there is a multi parking lot next to Tim Hortons. Please arrive no earlier than this time.. Any inquiries can also be directed to [email protected].
