They'll bring an age-old custom into the modern day with a selection of flavorful recipes perfectly matched for an authentic bento box experience. In this course, you'll create gyoza, savory dumplings filled with beef and cabbage, seasoned with scallions and ginger. You'll also make a refreshing Japanese potato salad, peppered with cucumbers and flavored with fresh dill.
