In-person class: Classic Handmade Pasta With Vodka Sauce (Tampa)

There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!

In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step through basic knife skills, how to roll and make pasta dough and you'll partake in making a Vodka sauce to pull the dish together. Once you have created your masterpiece, you will then plate, garnish and devour your creations with your fellow foodies joining you for this delicious cooking party! You will gain insight on how to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices in order to recreate the perfect Italian date night at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Aprons will be provided for you to use throughout class. Our venue partner will have a wonderful selection of drinks waiting for you. Please note that drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in your ticket price. Outside drinks are not permitted.

Guest requirement

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!

Parking is available onsite $30 for 2 hours, but you get it back as a $30 voucher toward your restaurant and/or bar bill—basically free parking with the purchase 2 drinks!
