In these circles we open up sacred space with a short meditation to land and connect.
A theme is brought to circle, with invitations to journal and share into the group space.
Sometimes there’s an embodiment piece, sometimes there’s a meditation - keep an eye on the stories to see what to expect in the coming circle!
For this circle we will be honouring spring by co creating a spring altar and sharing on themes around the maiden, balance, renewal, inspiration!
A blended herbal tea brew with cacao husk from Reishi the tea priestess is on offer and there is full permission to show up as you are.
This is for you if you’re longing to belong to a community of women who value deeper connection, if you want to meet more sisters to connect with outside of your current groups, if you value sitting in circle (or are curious about it) and the medicine it provides. If you want to practice using your voice or simply resource off the beauty of sisterhood.
