We are delighted to invite you to an unforgettable evening of classical music at the Goethe-Institut Boston, presented by the Bendada International Music Festival, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 6:30 PM.
Passion & Saudade transcends borders, showcasing the beauty of both French and Portuguese musical traditions. The concert features pianists and artistic directors of the Bendada International Music Festival, Edoardo Carpenedo and Inês Andrade, alongside other renowned festival artists.
The program highlights the soulful intensity of César Franck's Sonata in A Major, a quintessential French romantic masterpiece, paired with evocative works by celebrated Portuguese composer Eurico Carrapatoso, including the world premiere of his Bachianas for flute and piano.
A reception featuring Portuguese wine and pastries will follow the performance.
